How do I refer an investor client?
Use the form on this page or call Mike Certo at (480) 296-6513. Send your name and your client's name and phone number. We reach out the same business day, qualify the deal on the property's rent, and keep you updated through closing.
Will my client need tax returns or W-2s?
Not on a DSCR loan. DSCR programs qualify on the property's rent measured against its payment, with no personal tax returns or W-2s required. Every file is still subject to credit, reserve, and property review.
Can my client close in an LLC?
Yes. DSCR programs let your client close directly in an LLC, partnership, or trust. Conventional investor loans close personally, then transfer after closing with lender notice. These are business-purpose loans.
What does it cost me to refer?
Nothing. Referring a client is free and there is no obligation. If a deal does not pencil, we will tell you straight and explain why.
